Last but not least this month, we give much praise to God for a new location for our training, Perugia! Centro Evangelico Battista (CEB) shepherded by long-time faithful missionary to Italy Fred Whitman, along with the leadership of Jonathan Whitman, and Dan Ransom, has come on board as another site ready to host ITA.
The Perugia church is a model in many ways of a faithful Word-centered local church. Next year, spring of 2018, we will begin our basic training level 1 certificate in expository preaching. At our preliminary meeting earlier this month held at the church, approximately 20 men from the church principally, and from another local church nearby, presented themselves ready to train with ITA.
